Email us at least two weeks ahead and we’ll coordinate.
The Practical Pre-Proposal Checklist
- Call the winery 2–4 weeks in advance. Tell them what you’re planning. Ask what they can hold for you and what they cannot.
- Pick the time deliberately. Sunset on a weekday is best for privacy. Saturday afternoons are crowded.
- Have a backup for weather. Outdoor patios get rained out, fogged out, wind-whipped. Have a plan B inside.
