Pamec Patio is nestled in the heart of Temecula, welcoming you with open glasses at 28522 Old
Town Front St, Suite 3, Temecula, CA. Our current hours are Thu-Fri 3-8PM and Sat-Sun 12-8PM.

Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are always welcome for a glass or a tasting. For groups of 6+ or special occasions, we
recommend a reservation so we can make your visit extra special. Reserve your spot at

Do you serve food?

Yes! We offer thoughtfully paired small bites and charcuterie to complement your wine. You’re also
welcome to bring your own picnic for a more personal touch.

Is your space dog/kid-friendly?

Yes! We love having little ones around—kids are always welcome. Well-behaved, leashed pups are
also more than welcome to join you on our patio.

Can I book the patio for a private event?

Absolutely. Our patio is perfect for intimate celebrations, birthdays, and gatherings. Reach out to

Do you offer wine tastings?

Yes! Our tastings are a curated journey through our wines – relaxed, approachable, and designed to

Can I buy wine by the glass or bottle?

Are your wines vegan or natural?

Our natural wines are crafted with care and minimal intervention, respecting both the land and the
fruit. Most are vegan-friendly—ask us about the current lineup.

What’s your most popular wine?

It’s tough to choose just one, but our Amber wine is definitely a crowd favorite. It consistently wins people over with its unique character. Come by for a taste and discover your favorites.

Cork Collector° Wine Club

How does the membership work?

As a member of our Cork Collector° Wine Club, you’ll receive 3 bottles of wine every quarter. Plus
enjoy perks like free monthly glasses, member discounts, and exclusive event invites. Find out

How do I pick or change my wines?

You’ll get an email before each release with options to customize your selection. Prefer reds? Love whites? It’s your choice.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! We understand that life happens, and wine should always be a joy, not a chore. You’re welcome to skip a shipment by logging into your account or contacting us—just keep in mind that we ask for a commitment of four shipments, typically fulfilled within a year.

Can I ship or pick up my order?

Both! Pick up your wines at Pamec Patio during our member pickup party or any time that's
convenient for you—we’d love to see you. Or choose convenient shipping to your door.

Where can I use my 4 free glasses per month?

Your member pours are available through the Pamec Pass anytime you visit the patio. Just let us know you’re a member and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I cancel or update my membership info?

Is there a membership commitment?

Yes, we ask for a commitment of at least four shipments, which are typically fulfilled within one year. After that, you’re welcome to continue your membership for as long as you like.

Is there a cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee after your initial commitment. If you cancel early, a fee may be applied for any perks you’ve already enjoyed.

How do I customize fulfillments?

Before each release, we’ll send you a reminder email with an easy link to customize your wines. You can swap, add, or adjust to your taste.

Orders & Shipping

Do you ship out of state?

Yes, in addition to California, we’re able to ship to many other states through VinoShipper including Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington (state), and Wisconsin. Shipping availability depends on individual winery permits and state regulations, but we’re always working to expand where we can deliver.

How long does delivery take?

We typically ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but we’ll send you tracking so you can follow your wine’s journey home.

What is your return or exchange policy?

If a bottle arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know—we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit.

Are your grapes local?

Yes! Our grapes are sourced from local vineyards in Temecula and nearby regions, reflecting the beauty and character of our land.
