SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in text message programs operated by Pamec Winery (“we”, “us”, “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
Pamec Winery operates SMS messaging programs to send: order and reservation confirmations; wine club shipment, pickup, and billing notifications; event announcements and invitations; tasting room updates; promotional offers and limited-release alerts; customer service responses.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Pamec Winery by:
- Submitting your mobile number on a Pamec Winery website form (wine club signup, reservation, contact form, or newsletter) and checking the SMS opt-in box;
- Providing your mobile number in person at our tasting room and verbally consenting to receive texts;
- Texting a keyword to our number as advertised in our marketing materials;
- Replying YES to a confirmation text we send you.
By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and you are at least 21 years of age (the legal drinking age in California).
3. Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You may continue to purchase wine and use our services without opting in to texts.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Typically you will receive 2 to 6 messages per month, with occasional additional messages around wine club releases, major events, or to respond to your inquiries.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Pamec Winery does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
6. How to Opt Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will not receive further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as described in Section 2.

8. Privacy & Information Sharing
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through our messaging programs are stored securely. We will not share your phone number, opt-in information, or any related personal data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not sell your phone number.
We may share information with service providers who help us deliver SMS messages (such as our SMS platform provider), strictly for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

9. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major US mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Boost, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Eligibility
To participate in our SMS programs, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the United States.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via text message or posted on this page. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
