PAMEC Winery is Temecula Valley’s only dedicated natural wine producer. We have been crafting minimal-intervention, additive-free wines for six years. Our wine bar and tasting room is in the heart of Old Town Temecula. Our estate winery opens in Temecula wine country in 2026.
We produce Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Amber Vermentino (skin-contact orange wine), and seasonal limited releases.
