We pack up the wines and head south.
Once a month, PAMEC shows up at Heavenly Bodega in Little Italy — one of San Diego’s best natural wine bars — and pours for anyone curious enough to pull up a stool. No tasting notes on a clipboard. No formal presentation. Just us, our wines, and whoever happens to walk through the door.
It’s a good way to try something wild, ask the questions you actually want to ask, and find out what grows when you stop trying to control everything in the vineyard.
