In the desert, the rattlesnake’s coil and strike are swift, powerful, and unmistakable just as our Sangiovese commands attention with its bold flavors. Deep ruby in color, it opens with dark cherries and tobacco, unveiling layers of bay leaf and earth. Its structured tannins and medium acidity, it’s ideal for charcuterie and aged cheeses. Crafted with extended maceration and aged in neutral oak, Sangiovese is a powerful yet balanced expression of nature’s strength, ready to age as gracefully as the legends of the desert.
