SMS Terms of Service

PAMEC Winery offers text messaging for customer care and transactional communications. By opting in to receive SMS messages from PAMEC Winery, you agree to receive text messages related to your reservations, tasting room visits, wine club membership, wine orders, pickup updates, and customer support requests.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
1. How to Opt In
You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number to PAMEC Winery and checking an unchecked SMS consent box on a PAMEC Winery website form, reservation form, order form, wine club signup form, or contact form. You may also opt in by texting PAMEC Winery first.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. PAMEC Winery does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge according to your plan.
5. Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from PAMEC Winery. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

7. Privacy
PAMEC Winery does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or text messaging opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
