Wine tasting in Old Town Temecula means walking between a small handful of urban tasting rooms — anchored by PAMEC’s natural wine patio — within a 5-block walkable district full of restaurants and bars. Easier logistics than the hill estates, more personal experience, and you can do dinner without driving.

Old Town Temecula has no shortage of tasting rooms. Most of them look similar — a long bar, a flight menu on a chalkboard, a pour of something sweet at the end. PAMEC is not that.
We’re a natural winery in a converted space on Old Town Front Street. We make our own wines at our vineyard estate and pour them here, by the glass or by the bottle, to whoever pulls up a stool. There’s no pretense to it. If you want to know what’s in your glass, we’ll tell you. If you just want to drink something good, that works too.
What We Pour
Everything we serve is made by us. No guest pours, no outside labels. Our lineup changes by season, but you’ll usually find a Pét Nat, an orange wine, a Chardonnay, a Pinot Gris, a Rosé, and at least one red — Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Malbec depending on the time of year.
All of our wines are natural. That means minimal intervention in the vineyard and the cellar, wild fermentation, and little to no added sulfites. They taste like where they come from, not like what they’re supposed to taste like.
The Patio
We have a patio on Old Town Front Street. On a good afternoon, it catches the light well and you can sit for longer than you planned. We open Thursday and Friday at 3 PM, Saturday and Sunday at noon. No dress code. No minimum spend. Reservations are welcome but walk-ins are fine.
Wine Club
If you visit and want to keep the relationship going, we have Chapter One — our wine club. Members get a quarterly selection of wines, discounts, access to club-only events, and first access to new releases. It’s the best way to follow along as we grow.
Getting Here
We’re at 28522 Old Town Front Street, Suite 3, in the heart of Old Town Temecula. Street parking is usually available on weekdays. On weekends, the Old Town parking structure on Mercedes Street is a short walk. We’re open Thursday through Sunday — Thursday and Friday from 3 to 8 PM, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8 PM.
If you’re visiting Temecula wine country and want something different from the standard tasting room experience, come find us. We’ll pour you something honest.

What to Expect at a PAMEC Wine Tasting
A tasting at PAMEC isn’t a checklist. We pour 4 to 6 wines depending on what we’re excited about that week. Each one comes with the story behind the animal on the label, the grape, and the choices we made (or didn’t make) in the cellar. We don’t sell hard, we don’t rush you, and we keep things small enough that you actually remember what you tasted. Reserve your spot — Thursday through Sunday.
