What Is the Cork Collector?
The Cork Collector is the wine club of PAMEC Winery — Temecula Valley’s only dedicated natural wine producer. Every quarter, members receive a curated selection of PAMEC’s minimal-intervention, additive-free wines shipped directly to their door anywhere in California.
These are not generic wines. Each bottle is made by PAMEC with no commercial yeasts, no fining agents, no additives. Wild fermentation. Honest Southern California terroir. The kind of wine that tastes like somewhere real.
